A: Some Plastic buckles are out of compliance that pertains to the listed and affected rotary buckle PN 1111430-XX and PN 1111475-XX with defective cracking issues.
Q9: The rotary buckle is Metallic, is this in compliance?
A: All Metallic buckles are in compliance.
Q10: The rotary buckle is a Spare Part in inventory and has a Blue Logo, is this in compliance?

IF the rotary buckle is found to be neither Blue Logo or Metallic, then one must measure the web vane at the center, top edge of the rotary buckle:
Q15: IF it is measured to be “Less Than” 0.125 inches, is this in compliance?

Q16: IF it is measured to be “Greater Than” 0.125 inches, is this in compliance?
A: No.
Q17: IF there are any cracking issues on the yellow logo rotary buckles, what do I do with it?
A: Replace immediately this cracked rotary buckle which would be out of compliance.
Q18: Do I just return the affected rotary buckle or can I replace the whole restraints system?
A:The FAA AD/AMOC and Meggitt SB addresses only the rotary buckle appliance affected.
